I have this app installed on my Sony Android TV. The app works fine, except for one flaw. If you leave the app and go back to it later, it doesn't work correctly. It keeps telling that connection is not possible when you select a TV-station. This even happens after you switched the TV off and on again. The only way to prevent this is to close the app via the menu item in the upper right corner, and then start again. If this flaw is corrected, the user experience will be much better.

Seems like a major upgrade with degrading of several functionalities: 1. There is no channel view (with a vertical list of the programs) anymore. You can only see the overview of all channels (with a horizontal list of the programs), which is really clumsy if you want to focus on one channel. 2. When searching for something you now have to go back to the home screen to start a new search. This takes several actions. In the old app you could immediately start a new search from the same screen.

Very frustrating, it now does not allow to start watching certain channels (like the BBC channels) from the beginning (it did before this last massieve update). And it often stops playing. It used to be a good app, now I'm not sure what I'll do. Still after the new update there is no change.

Very meh app. It works but the design is clunky, the recommendations weird and I can't remember how often I have had to reconfigure my favorite channels because the app just forgot

Disastrous since latest update, it doesn't let me fast forward the current casting program, it simply doesn't pop up anymore to be able to fast forward or rewind. Please fix this

It works well on a smartphone but terrible on an android-tv device. My comments are about the use on Android-tv. I had to sideload it because in the Playstore it does not show. Menus and pictures are way too big. During playback about every 15 min. buffering while on smartphone the playback is flawless. The best I can do to watch on the big screen is to stream it from my phone!? This I really do not understand. Please fix the app so it shows in the Android-tv playstore.

I've been a client for many years. This app is a wonderful option for when you're on your way. However, it doesn't work as promised. Many failing tweaks/ features have been mentioned in earlier comments. Adding to that, not all channels have a program description nor have the option the watch missed programs (RTV-7 f.e.). Which is specially a nuisance when you want to keep up with news from abroad. Noticed the problem Jan 2020, still exist today. Fixing all of this, finally, would be great!

Clumsy & complex to navigate. On the tv version it's so hard to skip forwards or back a recording quickly! Impossible to play back a show that has just finished, only much later the show can be played back... ! Casting to chrome cast stopped working after initial cast succeeded once, not stable! Long scroll to find e.g. CNN channel, channel numbers cannot be used. Once going back and reenter the guide you can start the scroll fromthe top once again.
