Every 9 out of 10 receipts are denied. It usually takes a phone call to even attempt to have a claim paid. I used to have no issues with using my card but now there is always issues!!! , can't read the upload, when I can clearly see ALL information on the upload. If this isn't fixed I'm done with the program.

No longer able to scan for eligibility on items. I hold the scanner up to the bar code and it does nothing. Used to work fine about a year ago.

Would give less if I could. Constantly have to "prove" date of service, procedures done, where procedures were done, who received said procedure etc.. when its clearly from a medical center. This money is part of my hourly wage. Its mine. Spent countless hours trying to track down claims to no avail. When asked if they can provide any info to help narrow my search there is no info given. It is a constant source of stress and huge burden to my family. Also love when they freeze MY funds.
