This is actually a really good app, but on the one hand, many people are confused as to how to use it because I once experienced losing money from buying a eurail pass about 8 million rupiah just disappeared because the station said where the ticket was and we didn't just buy a rural pass I thought it was a ticket so I just calmed down. Suggestions for developers please reevaluate your application to cooperate with the relevant station. Thank you 🙏🏻

Completely useless. I tried searching for trains that would take me from Paris (any station) to Madrid (any station). App came up with NOTHING. Maybe there were no trains on the specific dates and times I searched. How would I know what dates and times are available? That is why I'm using the app, you imbeciles. Apparently I have to download all the train timetables and manually search for a schedule that works. If I have to do that, why am I wasting memory on my phone with this stupid app?

At the top has please install rail Europe from Google store. Well I'm in the stupid app already. And who writes this, it's simple a web container, stupid. Write a proper app.

Unhelpful when you actually need to solve any travel issues, as this is often a 3rd-party "broker" and therefore not truly "accountable" for any possible cancelations.

Doesn't work for Rail passes like eurail, even though it said it does! Rail cards but not passes, just wasted 30min of my time hunting down this in the help guide. No seat reservations, just ticketing. Glitches with date of departure in "contact us", (only Oct 2023 is allowed) but is mandatory field so can't send an email with the form. Ugh so frustrated

This app was very nice before the update - the new version destroyed everything. A awful web-view for everything in an app does not make sense

This is trash. Buy through sncf and use their app. This verified my email in a second. It was the wrong email. I tried to change it but their email change verification is broken. I tried to delete the broken account to start over but it says "will delete in 30 DAYS". All this while I'm in the train station. Tried to then start a new account with the correct info but it says "email taken". You can't fix it, you can't trash it and you can't start over. Skip this thing.

Upgraded to 3 as issue resolved after escalation. Expensive mistake using Loco2. Bought a ticket to Belgium from my home town trusting the times suggested. Insufficient time to transfer between Paddington and St Pancras. Contacted them immediately but they can't change the time. I have to pay another £28 for a single to London. They just blame the train operators for the timetable! They should redesign the app to show a range of times for customer to select from, not just one (unsuitable) time.
