Lohi is a decent app with a lot of potential. One of the issues that I have is if I'm trying to get a hold of lohi. I need to get through pre-programmed automated issues with pre-program automated answers.It's very difficult for me to get to the developer so that we can improve the app.I wanted to ask the developer if they are working on a night mode for the app as the app is extremely bright and hurts my old retinas.

the map function doesn't work correctly doesn't even give coordinates. also it loves to push you but doesn't take into account when you have issues like you have to fix your lights, get fuel or need to take a 30 minute break and you might miss the next load because of it but it's better than getting a ticket. it's basically like when you work produce water having a pusher that's all this app does.

From my experience I am ok with the app. I don't like how it texts you constantly even while your sleeping, so just mute the number for bed time, and unmute the number for work time. They staff is listening to you and taking your feedback into account which is awesome. Soon this will be the perfect app.

This app was the best at 1st but then they changed everything in it, now you don't get good loads takes forever to get a 2nd and by the time you get a 3rd you're out of hours, they never answer your messages and an AI is controlling everything, also they put you by rankings and if you take some time off you go down the list right away and to get back up takes forever and when you're in the low rankings you get skip from loads, I hate it and I would only charge my rates and comment when fix.

Really would like to love this app but as it stands, pretty horrendous. You are given loads to pick up that's far out while there's a shipper 30-40 mi. away. Great way to bring your revenue to the truck down quickly. Rankings=competition, which if you drive you know that is a recipie that creates many safety concerns. Loads getting rerouted making you deadhead longer & if it's true that you get passed over due to your ranking or time it takes to deliver that's a shame especially for newbies.

App is not meant for oil field any more it's frustrating having to work with it too slow to upload info to slow to send a load but if for some reason it take you longer to deliver the load it sending text to dispatch an to you phone seams like it don't tolerate drivers to take there safe time to deliver the load , two months ago was nice not anymore .

App is not good at all. Takes a long time to get a load, takes a long time to get reloaded, a bot answers customer service questions, can't schedule 2 trucks in the same location to the same well, you don't get paid deadhead, they send you to a well close or over 75 miles, it sends you a messages that you haven't delivered a load when you are at a down well, only gives info after you accept load, no list of current wells running just the ones that are down. Waste of $ since this is a time waster

Terrible app, if you have enough service to get a text about a new load then you should be able to get the load off the app. Do better. Add a verification to see if we are still able to load before taking our load away after 2 hours. It's stupid, like the developers.
