I normally use the online site to play. However, I've been having issues with certain games loading. I started back using the app in hopes that things would be better and they are not. When I click to play the new games, I get a black screen that never loads. I have cleared my cache and the history and nothing has helped. This is problem persists online and thr app.

I have called several times about adding my new debit card to the website. With no success. My bank switched from master card debit to visa debit and ga lottery keeps saying my new debit card is a credit card. Will it isn't. It's a visa debit card. I also have called customer service to find out what to do. What a waste of time. They never answer their phones. I also have sent a emails to them with no reply. Customer service highly sucks. Come on, y'all need to do better

I've tried to enable my players account for months. It says my personal records don't match. I called months ago and they told me to wait a bit and try again. Still not working. Useless app for me. EDIT: It has been nearly a year since I wrote this review. I still can't enable my players account even though all of my info is correct. 👎🏻👎🏻

Never turned location services off. Have checked several times to make sure they are on, but keep getting error message and keep getting kicked out after I win money. Very frustrating.

The losers keep logging me out of my fingerprint login. They have unnecessarily long password requirements, so I can't use anything I have memorized. If I forget that it's weird and go through the passwords that I usually use, it locks me out. I never use the password, because I use fingerprint, so I never remember. Why do you jerks keep logging me out of fingerprint login? I hope all your toothbrush bristles fall out in your mouth and you swallow them. I hope you itch under your toenails.

I signed up for the site and downloaded the app. They already had my bank account on file because I pay GA taxes with it. When I went to put money on the site they said it had been declined due to some VIP error... what? So I contacted their customer service and their response was to tell me to contact Pavilion their third party payment provider... what? You guys are a mess. Am I supposed to believe that I can even colelct money if I win after this? Shameful.

Unusable. The app is happy to take my money but refuses to actually access my location. It's set to ask every time and half the time it doesn't even make the request. It just outright denies it.

After August 2024 update, still a garbage app. I loaded a few bucks into the app, and it let me purchase tickets just once. Now, it will not allow me to complete any purchases. I get an error message that says "Your location cannot be determined due to insufficient data." I've tried everything up to and including deleting and reinstalling the app. Doesn't work. Luckily, I only put $20 in the app for purchases, otherwise I'd be out more money. Get a grip, Georgia. Fix your garbage app!
