This app is not working, I have tried to pay water bill,it gets hung.

Today I was standing in the long queue in MBMC office to pay house tax and saw this app details in the bill. I could easily find my house tax details and quickly pay the bill,while i was standing in the same position in the queue.... surprised to see how our local government is also improving!! I think it will be better if we could download the receipt anytime we login to the app.

I was trying to pay my tax but Google pay is not opening this, I have downloaded the app again and entered all the credentials,it displays it is taking longer than the expected every time I open,last year I paid without any problem but this time this is happening please suggest

App is not going ahead as I try to make my water bill but app is not working. Not able to login or do any transaction on the same. Please improve the app so everybody can take advantage of the facility and mbmc earn more revenue.

Through this app I could easily make the property tax payment and get receipt. It's good for that. Is there any facility where we can get our oldest property tax invoice and receipts? If yes, then great. Please revert.

I am usiithr app for first time, i just paid my property bill, my amount got deducted but bill not paid. App shown error- Duplicate payer authentication response, please check with merchant for transaction status.. It's so disappointing, please help here.

There is no option of uploading the certificate or any pics, as I am trying to apply for marriage certificate and at the end there is certain things which needs to be uplod, however it's not working than what's the use of this app

I am using this App since last 3 yrs, so far I had a good experience. One should double check while making entry of Property Code before making payments & don't forget to take download of receipt immediately.
