When I opened the app today to buy my ticket it had kicked me out since I last used it. It would not let me back in so I went for a password reset and.........I'm still trying to reset my password hours later!! I got the code to my email okay, but every time I try to reset I get an unexpected error message. Luckily I had the old plastic day journey card with me so was able to get the bus. Very poor experience. Maybe a cashless future of apps on phones is not all it's cracked up to be!

Overall it's a nice visual upgrade. I like the integration of cycling and park and rides - both essential options to accommodate the sprawling population in NI. There is one major oversight however. I don't see the ability to track buses on a map which was possible in the previous app. This functionality is essential to giving users a sense of progress in their journeys and that's why it exists in every taxi app in Belfast. That functionality should be reinstated.

Not a lot of point to a timetable when the bus doesn't turn up, and the start the journey from your location slows things down, the previous app wasn't great but this one is like a beta test.the train times for the Belfast to Larne line are still wrong, why haven't they been fixed, the app is wrong when you phone they give out the times on the app you get to the station and it's wrong.

I've been using this app since it first came out and generally speaking out does what it's supposed to do, responds quickly and has a good amount of info. Where it falls down for me is the preferences. I have mobility problems, so when I say I can walk 5 minutes maximum at a slow speed and prefer routes that involve less walking, that's what should be reflected in the results. However I've once again just got a result that would require me to walk for 16 mins. If it isn't possible, say so.

This seems to be the only way to get weekly tickets now. I must've signed up to a previous version of the app and have forgotten my password and the current version won't send me an email to get a new password. It recommends I reset my password on the old version of the app...which I don't have and can't install anymore. I can't sign up with a different email address even because it needs my phone number, which is registered to the old account. Terribly designed.

This app is so infuriating! I downloaded it because the website is so counter-intuitive to use... but NOTHING is clear in the app search menu either. If you successfully search for a trip, it gives lists of possible journeys via bis or train but NO way to buy a ticket. Nightmare. I'm taking a taxi, cheers Translink... your website and app are both completely useless.

I loved this app before it was updated or something as now it only says "server not found" no matter what you do. I've reported it to translink but nothing has been done. I'm lost without this app I used to use regularly. Please fix it ASAP and stop saying there are no reported issues as clearly from the other comments below I'm not the only one it has affected. I've tried uninstalling reinstalling clearing the data and cache everything I can think of. its down to Translink to fix it please!

New update is horrible. The older one had a clear UI, the new one is clunky and many options are stuck behind multiple menus. The stop list is barely functional and takes multiple instances of opening a stop to save it your recent list, unlike the last version which let you choose to save them. Despite being advertised as a separate app, this was forced on users of the app as an update. Additionally, ticket sales for the Mlink app are going to be discontinued and moved to this app. Unfinished.
