Here are my observations: 1. Date Selection: Typically, devotees select the date first, but the date field is placed at the top, making it less intuitive for users. Moving it to a more prominent position could enhance usability. 2. Seva Selection & Ticketing Issues: When selecting a Seva, the dropdown shows the price and defaults to 1 ticket, but there’s no option to increase the quantity. Something is wrong with the user sign-up. Please check. First nothing happened. All of a sudden I am bombarded with otps. I am looking forward to use this app for rtc ticket bookings. This could be a good initiative to solve the change problem in daily buses.

There is no bus ticket option for local hyderabad buses. There are no bar code readers or Smart card readers or any kind of hand held devices with conductors or installed machines at doors in any of local buses. What's the point in selling bus tickets in this app. If your meant to sell inter district/state bus tickets through this app, don't even bother to make this dumb app.

The app hangs and not user friendly, during registration i've received 10 different OTP's. Nothing significant about the app. Lacking in information, it doesn't have all the details of a particular place or anything listed in the app.

The app is up to date but always asks to update the app and redirects to the playstore, practically can't use the app. Dev's should test the update before releasing.

**Cheated, don't trust this application.** I lost my money. Registered a complaint in cyber security department. This is my user id - Please help me out before 01-FEB-2025.. otherwise no use with this. Cheated, don't trust this application. Even app help center also have wrong details. No one responded. I had a terrible experience with it. I booked a pooja ticket for Basar Temple, but I never received any details, even though the amount was deducted.

I recently started using is app and I must say, it's a fantastic tool for anyone planning to visit religious or recreational sites.The app is user-friendly, with a smooth interface that makes booking tickets easy.what i really appreciate is the wide range of temples and parks listed.you can easily find entry details,view schedules,and make reservations all in one place.it also offers secure payment options,and the tickets are instantly confirmed,which saves a lot of time, especially busy places

Unable to login. It says Mobile number already registered after entering the OTP. PIN number is not needed when OTP feature is already there. Do not publish without testing the app thoroughly. This will degrade the government's credibility. Not finding useful even though shown interest to register and use.
