My experience has been disappointing. After the initial visit, I had to follow up several times for an appointment. Despite a promise to fix the issue within two days, no one showed up. My calls went unanswered, and I later received a WhatsApp message saying they couldn’t make it. Reaching out to customer service through the app only led to repeated responses that I would be contacted later. The lack of communication is frustrating!!

It's definitely, the worst services application ever done. The customer service is shockingly bad. They make it impossible to find a chat option, when you do, no one replies and they never fix your problem anyway. No phone number to call. I used this application for more than 3 years and it has been going backwards so far. They kept changing my usual cleaning appointment details with absolutely no consistency and with faulse confirmations. To justlife, a shame you lost your quality

Bad services and the number mentioned on app is not working and they have no feedback or no call back response. Today i booked an appointment for home clean services after 2 hours of shedule noone came or noone updated the delay of service. When i tried to call them the number is not functioning. I think this company is closed and they deducting the money from Account while booking the services. Please dont use the service and might be this is scam or the services is no more active.

1. There is hidden fees it says discount then at the time of payment 9dhs service fee 🤷 2. The staff photo is enlageable, we cannot see the person. 3. I feel the rating of staff is not accurate. 4. Timing is not good for cleaning and when I paid it says timeout, it's important someone will book at 04:23am. 5. Each time I want to book I have to verify my number.

My experience is so frustrating, and the customer service isn't professional at all. They just focus on getting their money without any complying with the customer inquiries!!!!

Worthless service and disappointing. I used the app and their serice once and for the second time i scheduled a service at my convenient time and scheduled my day ocordingly. Shortly before the appointment they rescheduled it in justlife on their convenient without my approval. And the funny part was when i complained they were saying they rescheduled my session based on their convenient. Unacceptable. Im considering other apps with proper credibility.

Do not download and definitely do not add credit. The booking system does not work and they have no customer support other than an online chat which ignores your with no solution Shockingly bad service.
