I like being able to manage my site and remote in on the go. However, the app doesn't handle two-factor very well. Using two-factor along with the fingerprint function will give you a headache: you basically can't use both features at the same time. It would also be nice to have more functions you can do from your phone, such as using some of the tools from the web version. Overall, definitely better than nothing, but could use some improvement.

App is improving although now I've noticed it mismapping typed character. Ie when I type $ a | shows up. Glad to see passportal integration now.

Overall the app is pretty good and has gotten me out of a jam or 2. One thing holding it back is the fingerprint login. When you log in with fingerprint, it prompts you for mfa. My phone is my mfa, so I switch the app to my mfa app to get the TOTP code and when you switch back to N-Central it prompts for fingerprint again which causes the login to fail. Fingerprint should be all that is required or the usefulness is lost.

Every time your app logs me out, it requires a password and an MFA code. However, you lock me out of my clipboard on my keyboard on my phone so I can't put both in in the same instance so I can't log in on my phone without using my laptop. This is stupid and makes this app worthless when it times my login out. --Update-- Still frustrating. Still 1 star because of it. --Update2-- Now I can't use it at all because it doesn't support SSO/ModernAuth. How do I pick 0 stars?

Small Issue, when using a mouse and keyboard, right click doesnt work, and pressing enter on an external keyboard doesn't actually press enter on the screen. I have to pull up the on screen keyboard to press enter or use the two finger tap for right click which is fine is im using it on my device but if I'm connected to an external monitor, not having that functionality sucks terribly

It works, probably better experience on a tablet. I am using it on a Samsung s20 ultra 5g and it works fine, but the sizing can be difficult to navigate. I use this for emergency work on client computers.

When taking control of a client at theIr login screen, if you enter a password incorrectly you can't click "ok" or press enter at the "password incorrect" screen. App seems really unresponsive when shearching for a client. Takes 30-60 seconds to load a list of clients when searching.

So I have to give credit here. Even tho the app is eol - Nable did fix the MFA feature that was recently broken. Still wish it could do a bit more and that fingerprint was reliable but the fact that I can still use the app is a big deal. Thanks!
