Every time I try to watch a show I get a "Not Authorized" message even though I have linked my TV provider to the app and have subscribed to the highest subscription level of my provider which allows me access to ALL channels. I can't even get access to the Nightly News or Meet the Press! I also sometimes get a message saying I don't have access due to being out of region but I am in the US! I have checked with my provider multiple times and the issue is NOT with them! Please fix this!!!

As long as you don't plan on binging more than 3 to 4 episodes at a time this is a great app! After that you start using credits which they give you three of! I haven't done that because I don't want to know if it costs anything after that! Trying my best to get out of paying for anything & everything I like watching!

Film was smooth from start to finish-no freezing or glitches. LOVE THIS APP 😀 Update 10/17 22. With recent updates App has gotten even better. Locks on recent episodes released sooner. Locks shown before you pull episode. Update 10/27/24. Love the new shows Found, and the Irrational. Smooth streams, no glitches. Easier navigation. Great App!

Why isn't the Roku TV app not working!?! Shows it's linked to cable TV provider, but not to my NBC Profile... When I select to sign in again, it takes me to link in with TV provider - Which it is! The phone app works fine, but not my TV! Please respond to all of us asking, and fix this!

They want you to link to a provider, a provider costs money. They only give you a sports preview so again in their greed the money they're making off of their mandatory ads isn't enough so they want more money. Not in this economy. We are all broke. Free or nothing and they obviously decided they still want money so they just chose nothing.

The bug fixes have really helped. Buffering is not as consistent as before. Ads have really stepped up the game. More shows to enjoy. I am pleased with the performance of the app this go round.

I appreciate 🙏 being able 🙏 to enjoy my favorite dramas since my TV went kaput,you keep me updated on two to three weeks of missed episodes,to bad,you insist on forcing me to wait for a while to have access to that amount of episodes,but being able to enjoy them all on a lazy weekend viewing,makes it worth it since it gets dark now so much earlier,thanks a bunch,By His Grace,In Loving ❤️ Gratitude.

Horrible. Just absolutely horrible. I counted how many times a add popped up while watching a episode of La Brea (a series) around 42 minutes each episode and you have to watch around (no joke) 73 adds that are about 30 seconds each making watching tv a nightmare and SO time consuming. I understand yeah it's because it's free but 1-6 adds every 2 minutes is crazy. Do better NBC. Y'all owe me 6 stars btw I wish I could leave -5.
