Objectively not the worst ID app, but can't do more than 2/5 when intensely frustrated, and forced to use it Pros * ID is sleek * good instructons, images, videos, can skip easily * good overview of ongoing and past identification requests Cons * ID apps should not exist (use a website) * video needed (shouldn't be) * done, tells me to go back to where I came from - this is WRONG, I tried this and ended up doing a second ID for no reason - correct was to click on the button linking to website

It just doesn't work. My insurance company unfortunately chose it as the only I'd verification option, so as a result insurance app is essentially useless because of this, hmm, piece of software. I tried multiple times and also filled at least 2 cases, none of which received any attention.

Really poor app. Takes ages to verify the identity and then it just says it didn't work and to try again. The developers should spend less time with piffy comments "our AI works at lightspeed" and more on a better UI. There are solutions out there that are quicker and cheaper

super buggy when trying to do the eid scan, scan button sometimes gets deactivated and only reactivates after you modify your pin, scanning for ages with no feedback etc...

Extremely buggy app, only allows me to take blurry pictures and videos. Support does not seem to be reacheable

The app has many roadblocks. It is impossible to start process again (I would like to change my I'd and use passport as my I'd does not have the chip yet), but it is not possible. Contact with customer service will not solve the problems.

Shittiest App in the universe. Does not work at all and sends your personal data to God knows where... No error messages if something goes wrong. Needs to repeat all steps and still fails.

OMG :facepalm: when I read "ID yourself with an app" I thought: fantastic! No more slow humiliating calls with grumpy humans. But the Nect app manages to reproduce the same bad experience - without any humans involved. It would be rather easy to fix though - cut down on the long winding explanatory videos, make taking photos and videos more flexible, actually start recording the two words on time and not after forcing the user to tilt their phone for 2 minutes...
