It's easy to use for sure, but when I go in the elevator, I can go only to floor 2 and 3 but not 4, and my storage is on the 4th floor! I talked to the front desk, and they say "its a glitch" that happens to some, not all, and they've had people come out and try and fix it. A glitch? Really? Why can I go to the 3rd and 2nd floor? So now what I have to do is take another elevator and walk all the way around the other side of the facility to get to my storage. Until it's fixed 1 star

Great place!! They explain everything clearly from the beginning through email and text! The unit locator is awesome and also the share access! The 24hr access is great! Should you need to speak with someone you can and they are professional and friendly!

Dec 2020 found myself in nursing home recovering from back surgery.Needed to store my stuff for indefinite time. Appreciated being able to set everything up by phone & temporarily being able to give access to others via app. to move everything. NO KEYS NEEDED!! Able to check in storage via app. Physical entry to facility & unit is easy via the app. to remove items to new home as of 02/2023. If need help it is easy to reach staff by phone or in person @ facility.

I've been trying all week to send pictures of my unit I purchased from them and I still haven't had any luck I hope they give me my money back when a real person takes time to look at it but I have a bad feeling I lost a 100 bucks

Easy to use through Bluetooth. Opens and closes gates automatically, locates your locker, opens facility doors that you need to go through to access your locker, locates and opens your locker door Great app. Way better than using passcodes and keys to keep track of. Five star for sure 👌 ✨️
