I like it and don't like it Positive: Prices are really cheap❤️Sometimes I get really fast connection(rarely). So many good data packages. Negative: annoying calls coming. Annoying SMS and dialpad options coming. Most of the time signal is like good but not enough for gaming, overall good network, it's just that I wouldn't recommend gaming. sometimes signal is completely lost for sometime I would recommend hutch, but just not for gaming or online meetings which need speed network

Unlike the my airtel app, this doesn't fit on my screen and some of the contents are out of the screen. I can't even scroll to see them. It doesn't have FAQ to answer questions like timings of night time data, day time data, sunrise data, midnight data, ghost data, etc. I saw ghost data on the paper provided when buying the sim. The user interface looks cluttered and sometimes the pictures are misplaced. It's somewhat confusing to be honest. Please add an FAQ and improve the user interface.

The worst app I ever used. As developers, you must think about UX. In this app, every action will refresh the page in foreground. So I have to wait until refresh is done. The best part, that refresh takes ages. Most of time, it's not even refreshed, but throw an error saying request is timed out. On the other hand, the UI looks great in this app. But you must think about UX. It's not about UI always.

Compared to other telco service self-care apps, Hutch is way better and more easier to use. It loads fast, shows clear account details as well as data quotas. But, I don't like that fact that Hutch has separated the CliQ packages from this main app. Other than that, everything works fine except the credit sharing feature. By the way, Hutch data packs are awesome.
A Google user
If you can remove OTP verification and introduce the ownership verification (like Dialog) registration process is easier. Need the feature to manage multiple connections; usually when an app is upgraded you don't strip a major feature like that. Even your biggest competitor has the feature. Give an option to sort the add-ons by price. After a recharge your app takes awhile to reflect the new balance (even after multiple Refreshes).

Consumes more data than the internet browser. ඩේටා ඉවරයි දන්නෙම නෑ, තිබ්බ සල්ලි ඔක්කොම කපාගෙන ගිහිල්ලා. ඩේටා ඉවරවෙනකොට මෙසේජ් එකක් යවන්න බැරිද? රටේ පාරිභෝගික අධිකාරියක් නැද්ද? When connected to WiFi No Internet message shows up often and blocks the lower navigation || The speed and the services are 5★ but the app needs improving. Should give more details about the packages when clicked on them. Instead it directly asks to active it.

I gave 1 star due to poor signal even in colombo. I use unlimited data package and unlimited which should provide atleast 1mbps or even 500kbps. But in this case i get only 40 or 30 kbps which is freaking low. It takes more than 2 or 3 minutes just to load youtube. Im CS student and I need Hotspot for my daily works but this freaking data package doesnt provide what I want. Its good to switch sims since other sim providers give good speed for higher price. Worth it.

The worst connection I have ever used. Thanks to your very low internet speed, I didn’t even have a chance to use the app. There is simply not enough coverage, even in the Colombo city area. I’m highly disappointed and would not recommend using this connection.
