This app is so glitchy. I have to use it for my employer incentive bonuses but I spend more time on the glitches and can't get through the programs to get my incentives.

I cannot connect to Samsung Health. It has the option, but it will not let me connect my watch or to the app. I updated the app and found it connects to Google fit now. So I downloaded that and connected that app to my Samsung app. Cool. Get onto Regence Empower, and it won't connect to my Google Fit app. There some other issues, but I only have 500 characters I can use and it all will not fit here. Otherwise, a 2 is what we get. I have no problem updating once changes are made.

Update: Our rep from Regence just notified us an update was just made and bugs should be resolved. I am now able to get logged in (both desktop and mobile) so whatever you all just pushed to production seems to have fixed the immediate bugs I ran into. I still haven't had a chance to use the app yet, but at least now I can log in. I will now update to 3 stars, since I can log in. Will adjust rating appropriately once I've had a chance to use it. Constantly get login failed or no network connection error. The one time I was able to log in, was stuck in a loop of creating and verifying pin. Didn't make it any further than that. Many of my co-workers have had issues as well with the app. Terrible to release an app that is so full of bugs, where is your QA?

This app consistently encourages me BUT I have a hard time finding my challenges that I have opted IN for! I would like to open my app and instantly have a button to push to say if I completed my task or not. I don't have the patience to find my challenge (it is not so much patience it is more focus). It is like if I can't find it within 30 seconds or less... peace, you've lost my attention. I completed 3 of 70 days. I know I was on the app more than 3 times in 70 days. I DO LIKE THE APP.

Cannot login! I've tried logging into this app so many times both through the Regence app into this app, and directly onto this app. Nothing works! I've uninstalled it/reinstalled it a few times with no luck. I can login to their desktop website no problem, but not the app. Same login information and everything. Super disappointing as I was hoping to use the app to get my Fitbit to sync as it won't sync through the website. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Will not sync with Samsung health app. Now can't put anything in this app. It's all locked out because the information is supposed to transfer from Samsung health. Cannot change permissions on those Samsung health. To get this app to work will have to download a different app that this one will talk to. Support services can't help and have waited 3 days for the accounts to sync. Nothing. Frustrated so deleting this app.

This app isn't very user friendly and isn't easy to navigate. The credits are harder to earn and they require you to do more to get them. It doesn't work half the time when I open it and I can't connect to Samsung Health through this app so I have to manually enter all of my data into Fitbit in order to get credit. All in all, my experience has been quite frustrating. I will say though, the customer service was friendly, but that doesn't make up for the app.

Loading every screen is an exercise in patience. Average login time is 3-5 minutes, assuming it doesn't just decide to only show a white screen. The pin # you're forced to add to start the app has several times not worked, forcing me to repeatedly restart the app until it does. I am constantly bombarded with recommendations to take the wellness exam - despite doing that the first time I launched the app. This entire app is poorly executed, with little to no connection from Regence servers.
