Unusably buggy! As of June 2023, the app is unusable. One simply cannot log in (trying to log in using biometrics, makes the app enter an infinite loop). When you log out, if you have 2FA, you cannot log back in if your authenticator app is on the same device because, once you leave the app to copy the code from the authenticator app, the screen locks and sends you back in that infinite loop above. If you finally manage to get in, there are countless random errors when using the app. Uninstalled

HORRIBLE APP, DO NOT USE!!! I had to reset my password multiple times yet it continues to not log me in. I clear my cache, and have done multiple things to ensure password is being entered correctly but there is evidently a major technical flaw in this app. I wanted to rate this as a ZERO-star app but unable to, as a 1-star is not even deserved! Highly recommend using Dropbox or any other file sharing app, even if it is a 2-star app will be way better than this ZERO star app.

Can I give zero stars? The worst app for file sharing ever. No instructions. The FAQ is even vague. What a ripoff. This may be the worst app in general I have ever seen. Looks like it should be basic and easy. Junk. Do not pay for the upgrade. It gets you nowhere but faster.

Tracker doesn't work on the app. And when you go to the mobile website it says to download the app to perform this function. They don't have all the bugs worked out. I cannot view if clients have received and downloaded the file sent to them. The app itself is not good but the software on the desktop is fine.

App works very well. It is tather expensive for just sending files. Dropbox shares just as easily and is free. But for sensitive files and guaranteed privacy and accurate transfer, this is a great program.

The app seems pretty buggy when it comes to playing videos. It doesn't have an option to full screen the video so your stuck watching it on like a quarter of your screen.

Francis Gapate with the Customer Support team told me as a workaround to use the Android app until their Engineers can fix this known issue with no timeline in sight. The first part of the chat I state the Android App is causing the issue. I provided a screenshot and told him alot of people in my class are having the same issue with the Android App for over a month now. MP4 plays on My IOS iPad device. He then stops talking on the chat with no other solutions. Horrible Customer Support.

Useless.....crashes halfway thru a video and thats only when it loads. Download feature is a joke. Download a lecture and you can't access it. Do not download this app. There are better ones out there.
