Worst possible parking experience. Almost like scam. You have to buy kredits in advance before using parking. Parkings are very bad - small, in very corners / hardly accessed areas. Will not use again. Would like to refund unused credits

App and the idea is great. 24/7 hotline was somewhat helpful. Overall service, so so .... The parking spots in my garage of choice were not marked the best and I ended parking into someones private spot. That aside, I had trouble of getting out of the garage, as the bluetooth reader went offline and it took some time for it to come back online. Which delayed my departure.

The parking service itself is good and cheap relative to other options. However the app itself is mediocre. It's functional enough to park and pay without hassle, but has many small bugs and UI inconveniences if you want anything more than that eg. you discover the option "visit car without ending parking" only after clicking a button which seems to end the parking; some UI elements disappear by dark system theme; you can't quickly compare different parkings.

App was useful and saved some money for parking, but in just two days it used over 500MB of mobile data (background usage) which is both scary (what is it sending) and also drained my data tariff, forcing renewal...

Tragic experience. Deposited using my card, parked car and left. we stayed little longer so had to deposit some extra. Same card we paid day earlier-not supported. No other card worked. Tried calling support-no one picked up. Wrote email-got reply only next day. Didnt let us make bank transfer manually. Took extra days to find other person to deposit exact amount of credits but it still didnt let us pay. Had to deposit extra 10e to get out, which will probably stay there forever.

Last month I used one the parkings in vienna. When i returned to the parking, i realized someone made a big scratch on my front bumper on my brand new BMW x4. I sent all evidence(pictures/videos)to the payuca office, and they told me this is not their responsibility to take care of such issues, and they said i have to go to police. Honestly, maybe it's a bit cheaper price, but there is no Garantie if something happens.

Unusable. I cannot even register with my phone number as app says it's not valid. I tried several numbers with multiple combinations. I sent email to support, no answer. So, if i would be able to give zero stars, I would. Because this one star is too much.

Unable to register. On password creation it pops up a message "Something went wrong" without any indication of what that "something" could be.
