The UI is a little wonky. It doesn't update my edits. It deleted entire sections I wrote in detail about my property. It deleted my listing of close by hospitals and schools. It listed I don't accept pets when I do. It does, however, receive and alert of emails from potential guest requests. The UI could be better. Hopefully it will improve in the future.

Crashes all the time in the cell phone. I reached out to tech support and they were great writing me back today. They added a link so I tried it to do a search. It takes too long to zoom in and once you find a place if you forward the link to someone, it crashes right after you send it. I'm a renter with a home in Phoenix and I'm trying to find a place for a friend........

The tech could really use some iterating.... but that's been harped on already. I have issues with the fact that this platform touts they only connect hosts with guests. Meaning they don't hold anyone accountable at all. Guests can move in, and there really is no obligation to pay. Then, said squatter CAN leave a 1-star review.. and guess what else.. they easily create false accounts and leave more 1-star reviews because there's no security that blocks them from doing so. Support was helpful.

The app is extremely glitchy when trying to search with the map feature. Enough to make you want to throw your phone. The alternative is copying and pasting the address into Google maps which is just as annoying. Very frustrating shortcoming in what could be such a great app.

Lacking some very basic features that other rental apps use. For example, you can't save searches, you can't hide listings, the listing will say 'available now' but when you open it up it's not available, etc. The app interface looks nice, but functionality is severely severely lacking.

Doesn't work for renters. FF is a great concept but both app and website have same issues listed in prior reviews, though app is worse. Filter and geotargeting functionality don't work, which I had accepted when first using it a year ago, but now it crashes constantly making it unusable.

This is the most user-friendly app you can get. I've used other apps with little to no success. Since I've been using FF, I have no problem with keeping my rentals full year round. This is by far the best app ever!!! Thank you, FF !!!

Renter be ware. Furnished finders is great if and only if the persons listing their properties are truthful. You have to be deligent in looking for a place to stay. My advice is not to stay anywhere that is not willing to sign a contract with you. It should be a red flag.
