Overall a good app, nice and simple and for me loads well. 2 stars are lost for me because 1 - the cancellation of orders function is very poor and with little feedback for the user. 2 - no PayPal. There are a few other issues to iron out but I am pleased to see a local app helping local businesses. Great options to choose from. I'll certainly give it time to get established properly.

Not happy with the app and the service. We order food from Baan Siam, they said the order will be delivered at 7:15 but didn't arrived until 8:30. Several calls done to the restaurant to cancel the order but no answer and the app does not have an option to cancel the order either. No customer service support available. We sent an email (the only option) 24 hour after and still not reply. Not using this app anymore!!

There is no option to dispute, cancel or change your order on the app. I had an issue where the restaurant actually closed before my food arrived so I had no way to contact them, yet my money had already been taken. Needs to be overhauled to be customer focused.

Still needs work...No PayPal option which is really annoying as I don't like putting my card details on. Previous ratings and reviews have gone which must annoy the businesses with high ratings and I can't see how to leave a review. On a positive note...much smoother and quicker ordering...Hopefully a few mods and upgrades to come...At least the developers reply to criticisms which is more than others do...

Really impressed with the latest updated version of the app. Very simple to use and a real good choice of local takeaways. I don't live in Barrow and I think it's really good now it shows me very easily which takeaways will deliver to dalton.

Cancelled an order and got no refund or even a reply from them, don't use it any more, I'm down 12 quid with no reply to my emails poor customer service just collect the coin and bollocks to the user... Nice,. Before this used it twice a week since it opened

Love that this app is a thing and the execution is solid and clean. There is a few key bits of information about the takeaways and restaurants on the app I would have hoped were included such as their FSA rating.

Basic and simple, although it could be better. 1. No way to cancel order. 2. Incase of any help required, none available. Anyway, wish it will develop further . Good luck
