Selected my items to order. Tried to register but just kept saying register error check fields. I checked all fields and reinput but just same error. So could not order. Why not advise me what field was wrong so I could fix it instead of guessing. Deleting app as not usable. Order lost to restaurant. Wasted my time.

On my phone, a Samsung, the loading spinner is appearing every few seconds, which is really distracting and irritating. I don't get why you can't load all the basic restaurant data on startup. If this is the way the app behaves on most devices, this needs fixing asap or people will just uninstall and never try again.

So much cheaper than Just Eat. The actual food and the delivery. Plus, it is helping the place out much more. Had one issuse with an order going through and nothing turning up and us ringing up to be told they hadn't received the order, so waited 2 hours but was sorted in the end and hasn't happened again

Orders have never been on time using this app, don't know if its just a coincidence but food is always on time with just eat. Also can't leave reviews of restaurants on Wigan Eats so no way to see other people's experiences of the takeaway via the same app. Most recent order from Smashed It is over 1.5hours LATE, food still hasn't arrived.

Not so good got less restaurants to pick from than the big 3 delivery services and also there is nothing really special about it yes I support local businesses and I hope wiganeats does well I just think there is no need fir it we have our favs restaurants wise and I always ring direct to the business its always cheaper and you get to know the owners well

No way to leave reviews on takeaways. Used nutrilicous through this app. Food was over an hour late and cold. The restaurant lied to us about the reason and were rude on the phone.

Never no problem ordering. Delivery has always been the same as any food app. Favourite restaurant is home to roost the experience there is always 10/10

DO NOT USE - OK until they ripped me off and would not give a refund. Very poor customer service. They save your credit card details but do not inform you they have have stored them.
