Terrible app. Reached ady but click 1001 times that stupid barrier no it responding. Call the so call helpline 1001 time also no one pick up. STUPIDEST APP EVER. WASTE OF TIME.

This app really needs to be called "ParkDifficult". Not only does the app fail to end the session when you ask it too. There is no functionality built in to review past sessions, transactions and costs. The process of booking a spot is only an option if you 1. Know that this service even exists in the location, and 2. If you have the app already with credit. Otherwise you are awkwardly parked across 3 spots while you download, install, sign up, load credit, reserve, then finally activate parking

Not user friendly and took a long time to load. Tried twice in Pyramid and today at 163. Waited very long beside the bay, and the screen just shows loading data. Can't do anything. With 4G cover too. Have to improve the dashboard and make it user friendly. Have to pay for convenient, but it must work. Driving a PHEV, ended up not able to charge up the car.

Very bad first time experience. The trouble of downloading an app last minute in front of an empty parking space, blocking everyone's way. When i leave, the app did not tell me how much I'm charged to end session and no pop up saying i have not enough credit whatsoever. Tried 3 times until i realised i need to manually top up. Clock still running. Again, blocking everyone's way and finally was forced to top up a min of rm10 to leave. Horrible horrible.

Why top up will be charged with SST? Please enable pay direct with credit card instead of the hassle of top up as a separate credit for payment. Can't check membership balance in the app, need to email and wait few weeks to know the balance, seriously Parkeasy are you serious in your business?

Very good app. 1st time used to secure parking nearer to mall entrance due to pregnancy. I consider the price/booking is a bit pricy since it also includes extra charge when we want to topup our credit. If it does not have that extra charge, i seriously considering to continue using this app.

Used three times, there are two times shows the system down, the barrier unable to go down and we have to call the customer service number to move the barrier down. Same location same cases for others too, I saw a few users(not 1 or 2) also facing the same situation, you have fix the issue.

The application is intuitive and easy to use. The guidance inside this app would help you not just to book a parking slot provided with pictures but it also comes with navigation option. The ParkEasy concept more or less same with Car Jokey but less cost and you can pick your preferred parking slot.
