App no longer works, even after the leveling up of the rewards. just keeps on saying "this is taking longer than usual, checking your internet connection" for hours. connection is absolutely fine. emailed about this weeks ago (before the leveling up) and nobody came back to me.

Took ages to receive my verification code when registering for an account. Most unfriendly app, slow and difficult to navigate. Over complicated. I would prefer a simple code to scan at the till like most other restaurants apps

Could be better. It gets mixed up about where you are checked in and often needs restaurant staff to intervene. Even when it works, the fact you need to use it to get points and offers spoils the dining experience somewhat.

Purely posting because they've changed the reward scheme. The new and "improved" scheme means it's no longer worth going often enough to get Gold status. Would recommend looking at other restaurants for better value.

Great when it works, but hardly ever. I love the tiered rewards system and the freebies for showing loyalty but when it gets to a busy time, say Friday night after 6pm, the app crashes, won't load past a bright pink blank screen, and you can say goodbye to any rewards you might have earnt. I've missed out on several occasions due to the reliability of the app. So, what's the point?

I've been using the app for ages and I've had no issues whatsoever. Even yesterday, no issues. Today, I've been perpetually stuck on an orange screen. I've crashed the app, restarted the mobile, uninstalled and reinstalled, everything I can think of and it's still not working. All other apps on my mobile are absolutely fine.

DOESN'T WORK !! It won't let you enter your date of birth, so you can't get past the sign-up screen !! Absolutely useless! Also, their 'dine' website to order and pay is buggy and keeps on refreshing the screen and can't order or pay. Between the 'dine' website and the App they are both broken. I don't imagine this being fixed for a long time because Pizza Express is struggling for money right now.

While visually it looks nice and has a clever concept on how you pay the bill. There is soo many steps that need to be followed with most of it being unclear. For example sometimes you need to swipe left or right to see you he next content but there is no indication for this. Also took around 5 minutes just to set up the app from going through each step.
