For many years, I have been a loyal user of this app without any problems. However, last week, after spending over an hour downloading and organizing my photos, I encountered an error message stating, "Error unable to process your payment." Despite multiple attempts using various payment methods, including PayPal, the same error message persisted. After waiting five days without receiving a response from customer service, I have decided to discontinue using the app and look elsewhere. 👋

I've used FreePrints since 2018. I'm very grateful to them for providing 20 prints every month for just £2. That's amazing value. But my only issue is that over the past 6 years, the quality has significantly reduced. From using premium photo paper like Fujifilm and Kodak. Now the paper is as poor as the quality of the prints. As a professional photographer, I'll now have to look for another provider for my prints.

I've used this before without issue, but the last lot I got were absolutely rubbish. It's like they chose a bit of the photo and printed it! I sent in photos of 3 people standing together but got just their top half and a lot of ceiling! No use to me, I wanted to frame them for the elderly relative in the photo, now I have to get them done again properly. I know they're free but you still expect to get what is offered. Won't use it again & couldn't honestly recommend it.

I have used this company for almost a year. I had one order which had a few issues with quality but thanks for coming back to me and can confirm that all other orders have been excellent. The quality is amazing overall, the colours are fantastic and I'm only using a telephone camera, not an SLR. The app is easy to use and I like to add the white borders to the photograph and ha e the gloss finish although Matt is an option too. Overall this company is the best idea and prices good idea too.

**EDIT AGAIN**reprint of missing item received **EDIT** never had issues till now, ordered photos and school pack, the school pack did not arrive despite them saying it was in a single package, only communication is with an AI bot, not happy at all ***** Great quality photos however now I use Amazon photos for backing up photos and would actually be good if there was an option to use this as well (Facebook,camera etc) to save me having to redownload all the photos I want printed off

Whilst the app itself is great, it is so simple and easy to use the delivery is hit and miss as they arrive well out of the time scale would advise not to pay extra for quicker delivery as it doesn't happen. Last 3 orders the quality of the photos has really gone down hill sent in my wedding photos and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement original photos vibrant and bright freeprints ones incredibly dull and lifeless , will no longer be using

Was a good app. But it seems to cut off the top of the photo. I know they are free, and I will have to reorder some. I'm not sure how exactly it happened. 🤔 was 5* now 2*. It's still nice to get photos from the phone. Just no need to crop half my photo

Always happy with their service, used this app for a few years now (and their other ones that do tiles and books and cards) they're all fab. Photos arrive quickly and you get 45 free photos a month that you just pay delivery for. You have optional upgrades like adding a photobox, making photos matt etc. Otherwise it's a standard 6x4 glossy photo in a folded photo sleeve that arrives quickly inside a cardboard envelope that has its own tear tab to open so not to accidentally cut them. Great app!
