You all need to do some work on your crowd meter. I travel frequently for work and often visit locations I'm not familiar with. It's becoming increasingly frustrating, because it keeps happening over and over again, to visit a location where the crowd meter is at two bars only to find it so crowded that you spend 30 to 40 minutes just walking around waiting for equipment to free up and don't even get half your workout done.

I only use the app to check in at the front desk. About half the time when I click the app icon before entering the building, it loads to a blank white screen. Backing out and reloading sometimes works - sometimes I have to force stop the app via Android settings. Pretty annoying when the app fails before you even open the door. I could check in through the desk attendant, but I don't want the hassle when the app is supposed to let you scan the QR code and avoid a manual checkin.

Mostly all I use this app for is to check in when I exercise. It uses a QR Code. My preference would be for it to use an always on near field code so that I could wave my phone near a sensor without needing to even fire up the app. That's the way my car unlocks when I approach the door or the trunk. There's another feature that I'd like in the app. When I drive across the country, I'd like to be able to put in my route and see all the Planet Fitness branches within 10 or 15 miles of my route.

The app is easy to use and useful when it comes to learning machines. My only complaint, which is big for me, is I have not found a way to track and log progress (weight, measurements, etc)? From research it looks like the Australian PF app allows that, seems silly that the US app does not.

App Only opens half the time. Opens terribly slow when it does open EDIT: not helpful. Can't visit the link because the app opens it... But app is junk and doesn't work correctly. I'm using oneplus 8 pro with android 12 (using wifi connection). Phone works perfectly and fast for every app i use... Except planet fitness.

My personal experience with you guys was the worst. I signed up. Went a few times, and then I canceled it. Because of money issues. But I never noticed that you kept making withdrawals from my account. I didn't go for 4 months and still got charged the last, payment that got pulled out. Made my bank overdraft, and I got charged an overdraft fee, which I didn't have the money to pay for it. So this is why I would not ever wanna go back to that place. Just because I trashed my email, Shame.

awesome app it would be nice if there was a way to save work outs you want to do so you can easily access them and not have to scroll though. It would also be cool if you could use it to check in for the amenities for black card memebers. so if you wanted to use something twice let's say you can hit something on your app and it lets the machine know as long as there isn't a wait and it will start back up.

A lot of their signs are very passive aggressive. "We are not here to help you". The water fountains are disgusting and I'm sick of seeing these AI generated pictures everywhere. They clearly only use AI and it looks terrible and cheap.Not to mention the app sucks, I have to wait for the qr to load which takes forever. It takes ten minutes to CHECK IN, people aren't at the desk half the time so you have to wait for the garbage app to work. You have to go in person to cancel membership, waist.
