Worst application ever. I booked tickets for the travis scott concert in one section, then suddenly 24 hours before the concert they change my seat to a cheaper and far section without even notifying me by email or in the app. I contact customer service but no one answered as well. Overall it's a very bad app with very bad organizational.

Wow, what can I say. Before I traveled to Dubai, I trying to book tickets with other renowned sites but with hassles. I managed to not only complete all my bookings hassle free but also saved +-R5000. My tickets were immediately emailed to me. One of the tickets had the incorrect date . Without even querying it, a consultant by the name of Shiv emailed me to rectify the error. I never experienced any issues abroad. Thank u platinum list

Paid for a ticket with a guaranteed refund — I never got my money back. Customer support is useless and completely unresponsive. Worst experience ever!!

Good app for buying tickets but recommendations are inaccurate. Sometime I miss really interesting new events because I didn't know about them. Please add Samsung Pay option

I'm guessing the app is great for the areas that it serves, but until they are more global they should really list the cities/areas they serve in the app description. I checked before downloading, but because they don't mention the limitations I still ended up wasting my time installing the app only to discover that in the United States the only location available is "Texas" - which, even if I lived in that state, is HUGE (literally bigger than the entirety of Europe and like 80% of countries)

Be careful when you buy the tickets as they are tricking you into spending 50aed+VAT per ticket for an insurance that doesn't make sense! It's preselected when buying the tickets! I got scammed into paying it, though it doesn't give you any extra right but your already legal rights!!!

Platinum List is a very bad app. I booked tickets on it and they said they were displaying resale is available but they are not reselling. Customer service is very bad. No matter how many times I call them, they don't give me a proper answer.

Bad... pushing users to an app to use tickets is not acceptable. Oh, and BTW, if there is no data connection, you're not admitted to an event you paid to enter. Don't count on customer service either. Nobody cares about you as a customer here. I am avoiding Platinumlust like the plague going forward.
