NOTICE! That if you order their magazine for a free trial they will automatically charge you for the following ones without you asking for it and without giving them a payment method!!! ( They charge for 7 magazines at once!) Make sure to let them know that you do not want to keep getting magazine. Deutsch perfekt, It's quite a shame cause the magazine it pretty good. Very disappointing.

I can to search for learning Deutsch and installed the application. They have such a pathetic subscription where you get your subscription by just installing the app and agreeing for some terms return in deutch. Don't forget that I came here to learn deutch that means I don't know duetch and after 3 months slap a bill of 30 euros for subscription. It's like a fraud running with the people who just want to learn deutch. Kunden service is pathetic.

One moth already after the activation and the subscription was never activated. The service team gave me a redeem code to use limited functions of the app for one month. But they fail to activate the subscription. A Fair review on the app would be 3 or 4 starts, the content is good but for the price of the app I expected more. And the service team... Sorry guys but your IT team cannot solve the subscription issues (at least not the one I faced). So I have cancelled the subscription.

I bought the abo to audio trainer. The abo works perfectly fine only when you login via browser on my laptop. When I login via this app on my smartphone, my subscription is not recognized. After ai login, I open "in-app subscriptions" tab, it says no active subscriptions. Can't listen to the audio trainer on my smartphone. It is a shame really.

I have a subscription for both the magazine and audio but cannot download either of them with the app. Instead I get a "purchase issue" message. It seems that every few months there is some problem with service, which is becoming very tedious and is probably coming to the time for legal recourse.

i wanted to have just a subscription for the monthly magazine. instead i got a letter from them that i need to pay 178€ otherwise they will get me to the court. i managed to reach them and they told me that i can pay a small amount of monezy to cancel my subscription, i paid as soon as i received the invoice, and 2 weeks later i got an invoices for 110€ to pay for something i havent even choose to buy. i am trying to reach them via phone and email but no luck. i though you were a serious Company

Update: I had problems with turning on my subscription on the app. Now I unsubscribed from a journal (not for the reason of the app, but because I don’t need to read the educational literature on German anymore). Now all the previous issues of the journal that I bought are locked off as well! This app is a disaster...

Caution - subscription scam! Initially they say free trial for a month and then start charging you for the next subscriptions automatically. They have threaten me with the legal consequences. It was psychological stress for me till the things got sorted. Though the content was great and level appropriate. Poor sales and marketing tactics!
