I love the simplicity of this app. And #1 is the customer service is amazing. They actually call you back quickly and even on the weekends they are there to help out! What an amazing team who put this together. The layout is super easy to get used to and adjust to your liking. I found all other apps very confusing and too many useless options. I love being able to customize my pricing in various ways instead of just by a category. No complaints at all.

just started using it, seems to work well. called the tech line with a question today, and was blown away by the fact I was immediately able to talk to someone, and he answered my question perfectly, and he spoke English absolutely fluidly (I'm sure because he's from the U.S., lol). and it's a free app (for only 1 or 2 person companies, but still). someone else had mentioned this, there needs to be an auto save feature. sucks to lose 30 minutes work accidentally (like I did today).

I love this app. It's the only app I've found so far that works for our concrete business. I just finished using the basic tier for free. We're only 2 employees so I can stay in free version it says...well nope! I either have to upgrade or delete my existing data to continue using probuilder. So I feel forced to either buy pro, or go elsewhere and reenter all that data! Wasted my time. I also would like a calendar/scheduler so I might go elsewhere if I can find an app that isn't deceiving. :(

Phenomenal job tracking app! This is amazing and has helped me manage my time better. Only thing I would add to this for an improvement is perhaps a navigation tab that ties in with Google maps for integrated navigation to customers houses. Other then that it's great definitely worth a shot and even better it's free!

Nice app I have a ton of experience working with such apps and probuild offers a free app for what many other apps charge for! It has all the same features as many of the other apps and covers all the necessary bases that youd expect out of an app for this! The one and only suggestion is to integrate phone contacts into your client list adding them in both your phone and then the app seems redundant and irritating.

I've used builders trend for years. I swapped over to Probuild a little over a year ago, and so far, so good for the most part. It would be nice to have a break option instead of having guys clock in and out for lunch or personal matters, etc.. Invoicing definitely needs some simplification. I currently have to use other software for invoicing. If there's a way to click on a client, send specific notes or descriptions and photos in an electronic invoice. I'd love to know.

Great app overall! It would be better if we could do markups and discounts on separate items as opposed to the entire estimate. A lot of the time, my markups will change based on the difficulty of the job but I don't want to mark the material up as much as the labour, so it would be nice if there was an option to toggle or even set a specific percentage per item. I often have to create duplicate estimates and manually adjust the totals, which is more time-consuming and gets frustrating sometimes
