I can only give 75 percentage in terms of rating it. Sometimes it is not accessible hence it reflects network problem though there is nothing wrong with network. I have not clocked in the last two days. It reflects endless download.

From 5 stars to 1. The struggle to login is real. Secondly payslips are always behind by one payment. You have already received your money for January's pay but you will get the January's payslip in February with February's pay. Wait for March to get February's payslip. If there is an alternative try that app. Clearly they won't fix these issues check how many people are complaining about such issues.

This app is useless for the security industry. Where a rostered shift is overridden by a sec officer because circumstances on site make it neccesary those hours worked are deducted. This app penalises ppl for working.

Unable to download payslips to device or/ and only 1 share option which is share to email and even dough you do insert the correct email to send to the email never get reach destination 👎! Please add share options including #share to what'sapp or etc...

After we experienced an issue about the app unable to pick up the location as we clocking, we reported to the app and they solved the location problem we can now say thank you eclocker team. Please guys we need settings in this app because some of us we don't have an access to our payslips.This app require a date of birth as a password but when I try to type a date of birth it's still saying invalid password.So we need settings so that it's going to be easy for us to make passwords
