It sucks. Bad UI and a bad UX. App has modern and old design elements mashed together so it just visually looks awful. The login system sucks. Also what was wrong with the physical student ID cards? I don't want a seperate dedicated app for an ID card. If my ID card is gonna be digital, JUST SEND ME A PNG OF MY CARD. Why does everything physical have to be replaced by digitally? Progress for the sake of progress usually results in unnecessary advancements. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."

literally doesn't work. I swear they go out of their way to make the most unusable slow app. it says you have to change the country but it didn't even give me the option. I open the app to a screen with only a place to put in the password for my account. It didn't work because I couldn't change my country. No back button, no other options, nothing. Absolute garbage

Garbage app, should not need to give my phone number, why complicate a simple thing of having your i.d? App is non functional and doesn't work, done wasting time on it. Schools should not use this worthless service and just give out physical cards. I made an account (had to go back and forth with the school for days) now I have an account and it just freezes on the screen that says student id. What a failure and annoyingly stupid app.

Did not let me change the photo. I dont know how to change the photo. It's a cool idea for digital IDs but me personally I wish there was an option for a physical ID. But it's what ever hope this review helps somebody in the future

My experience was great the people were very helpful and made getting school pictures less stressful. The app is very helpful and easy to navigate would definitely recommend- Hailey Pelehos (wanting a physical ID card)

I created an account 1 year ago and when I went back to sign in it said "this account does not exist" I tried multiple emails and it did not work I even checked to see if I was sent the verification email last year and I was. Truly a horrible app

Had this app on one phone which stopped working. Trying to put it on a new phone and says I'm an invalid account. Putting a student card on a phone shouldn't be next to impossible.

No contact I just downloaded the application, insert the online code, email and a password. But I haven't received any email yet. Moreover, I don't know who I should contact. As last, I tried to reinsert the online code but the system is not letting me go in as the account number is already taken. What should I do? Who should I contact? I hope that someone can answer this because I really don't have an idea about what I do. Thank you.
