Great app but has too many small issues. When you get a notification of a sale or a change of price and you click on it 99% of the time it doesn't open. Also the when the advertisement pops up and there is the 5 seconds countdown to skip, it gets stuck on 1 and if you hit skip it takes you to home page rather than intended page. Fix these issues and this app is a 5star.

Needs lots of login info, or it won't show you any results. Getting started was difficult. The app asked to create an account, or sign in with WeChat. I used WeChat, but the app returned me to the sign in page a few times. Next it wants my email address, which I do not want to provide. Eventually I managed to get it to the search page by hitting back. However, it now gives me error messages about my having the GPS feature turned off (I'm not currently in Canada, and I don't want to be tracked, anyway). This app does not try to be ready to use, and it takes some work to get searching. I recommend using other simpler apps.

Inconvenient to use 1) keeping telling me to install new version 6.15, but it's not available for my google play 2) some feature shall be set on client level or remain no change. Example, the sorting for the search, I have to go everytime to choose the one I want as it's different from default. 3) the mapping feature sometimes takes long to run 4) repeating records. Quite often some records are repeated, not sure why

if you open a realmaster website link shared through message/email, it DOES NOT open the app even you have it installed. It will still go to chrome and open it as a normal webpage. This is NOT a *smart* way nowadays, it's leak of feature and needs to be fixed.

decent app with potential but even though I selected English as language there was still a lot of Chinese that I couldn't read. also showed that only 2 properties sold in all of Alberta and eastern bc in the last 3 months

Apps confusing to use and when I tried filtering my search and doing the price "low to high" it doesn't work and the description of the one place I looked at, wasn't even in English.

Since the crashing issue has been resolved. This app meets all my needs and is generally user friendly. Great app.

It's a very good app that i used to check a lot of listings. The best pros that i prefer is that i don't need to let my agent took me to the open house and i can check anywhere i can.
