My Tail air is unable to connect to my wifi to pair with my phone it didn't have that problem before the update. I only can connect through cellular data and the quality is trash when I use that let alone burning up all my cellular data

it won't open on either one of my phones, both latest android. Just quits immediately saying 'Obsbot start keeps stoppin'..ironic. Clearing catch and granting permissions doesn't work. Google play states that it's compatible with my handset. May have to return a £500 camera.

media viewing of video in app with Tail 2 shows audio sync issue, file does not. needs to be fixed.

app keeps crashing wont even open. It says install update for bug fix but no update. Also when I try to plugin my obsbot se camera to my phone it crashes my phone and everything shuts down. I love these cameras and brand I hope these issues get fixed. Note Im using a Samsung A13 (low level samsung phone)

do not like the interface, constantly slips out of focus lock mode and back into continual autofocus which of course it never focuses on anything it just continuously searches Non-Stop. app needs complete rewrite

I'm using the Tail 2. Finding settings in the app can be a little confusing. there should be a better guide for the different options.

there is no reason or need to require me to make and account to use the app. great cameras great desktop app. trash mobile cash grab app
