The app is great at matching colours but if you then want to buy some paint using your colour matches it is not possible. I took my favourites to B&Q to get them mixed and they didn't recognise the codes given in the app. I sent them to Valspar customer services but they haven't responded in over a week. Using this app has been a complete waste of my time.

I am so upset. Valspar claims to be a great company. I hired a guy to come in and Help me paint the inside of my house. Which is done in Valspar. I used the sage green and I noticed. After a week and a 1/2. It's coming off. Today I decided to just scrape my fingernail across the paint and it comes off so easy. There was 2 or 3 Coats put on. There was also a primer put on ahead of time. This paint is garbage. So what am I supposed to do now? I'm going to have to get a different paint and repain
