I don’t believe it does anything. It told me I had an open network. It recommended I go the router, add a password, and turn on security. I’m using WPA3 security already with a password. The signal strength doesn’t change when I walk around, showing weak even when I place my phone near my mesh nodes. It’s totally useless. Also, it recommended I move my device away from large electronics. It’s a LIFX Z LED strip meant to be mounted on a large electronic device, a TV.

Wow, this is a scary app. Scans your network for a couple of minutes, and then tells you literally nothing. My results said my internet speed was too slow because it was -1MB. Yep, NEGATIVE 1 MB. Ummm, sure. The privacy concerns are valid. It compiles a list of all of your devices on your network and sends it off to their servers with all of the details such as MAC address and your precise location, which it requires. Really sketchy stuff, I would refuse to install if asked to.

Seems to collect a bunch of data but gives no option to let you see what it collected. It says it is scanning my network, but what does that mean? Does the service now have a list of everything on my network? Activity? Apps I've installed? I really feel hostage to this app since it's part of third-party troubleshooting scripts, but I have no idea what privacy nightmare it is creating for me. Please disclose and give me the option to withhold information I don't want to share.

This app is off. All my cameras have full bars showing for sync module and wifi, yet this app says I have a poor connection for my floodlight camera. It worked fine before the new Basic Plan was added. Now it doesn't connect. I tested the area with one of my older Blinik cameras (XT2) and it is connecting just fine with full sync module and wifi. My doorbell camera works great, full connection, recording and storage. It's using the same area so I know there is a great connection yet the app says I only have 1 mb of speed. My testers say I have 126 mbs dowload and 5.6 mbs upload.

Tech support used this over and over. They weren't able to give me any useful feedback or fix the problem despite the amount of time this app takes to "analyze the network". It also doesn't tell you anything about the results to see if tech support is only giving excuses for their poor products. And, I have no idea of what information was passed to third parties. Apparently, none of the information was useful to tech support as they didn't fix the issue.

I called customer support for my TV and he wanted me to download this app. My cell phone wouldn't even download the app due to some other app settings so I used another phone and got it downloaded. It said to put my device right next to the TV but the location settings on the app aren't working right so it kept telling me to fix the location settings but everything was already on. The IT guy had no idea either so we couldn't use it because it's a useless piece of junk.

What a waste of time. It showed my connection was good, then asked what my issue was. I answered " connectivity" It then gave the canned answer "internet connection quality to external sites (eg: Google) is poor. You may need to reboot the router". So, my issue is that my doorbell doesn't connect to Google?! As others have said, that is what Wyze support then reads back to you verbatim. This app exist solely to give product support, that have no technical background whatsoever, something to read

What a waste of time. Route This was right beside the modem and telling me there was no internet connection but two phones, an IPAD and Alexa were all connected and working just fine. Not able to resolve my problem of two Blink outdoor cameras not being recognized by Blink using either the QR code or manually entering the serial number. Frustrated!!
