I can't see or edit any of the names of guests I have sent access to. Everything is greyed out. The guests try to register and either get an error or they cannot see anything either. Our whole community switched to this system and over half of the residents experience similar problems. There is no phone number for support so you have email them. It's a nightmare..

This app is not stable, it worked for 2 days, then the scan view was cut in half so it would not scan the QR code at the entry gate. We were locked out of getting in to the new house we were moving into.

It's an unfathomably bad app with an inferior software stack behind it . The app will crash continually leaving you stranded at a gate, or it will crash when you're trying to admit someone who is calling you to get in. The back-end integration with all of the delivery carriers like Amazon and FedEx is an absolute Nightmare and none of the drivers can get into our community. The systems that Sage uses for optical reading of license plate are wildly flawed .

Worked well for 1 week, then became totally inoperable. It is as though my profile never existed. I am getting the constant message of "wrong password/email," but the password reset is an endless loop of nothingness. It asks for either the email or phone number associated with the registration of the app but does not allow you to actually submit either of them. I have deleted the program and reinstalled it twice. Done!

Somehow this app bypasses my notification settings. It doesn't even reliably notify me when a guest uses a guest code, but when it does notify, the notification keeps vibrating forever(!), and even does so regardless of my DND settings. No kidding, it has vibrated my phone right off of a countertop twice now when I wasn't around to silence it. It's making me paranoid about leaving my phone sitting alone now.

Sage app developed by Ramco team. Had a rough start implementing new community access system. However, Ramco has been very responsive and they are improving all the time. With the latest update we seem to be running smoothly two months in. Many people do not like change, so one of the reasons community's have issues is resistance. That is also the why for a portion of the negative reviews. If you are having issues contact the developer, they are motivated to correct problems.

This application is garbage, everytime I try and create an account it never saves. Then I have issues with opening the app, when I click on the icon it doesn't open up and just crashes. Its unusable!
