I wish they provided a trial because it's a lot of money that I now can't get back even though I cancelled same day. I get error messages scrolling through the recipe section. So far I haven't found the meal plan or exercises to be as customisable as the site suggested and overall just very disappointed with the purchase and now can't afford to try another alternative for another few months. I wish they were a bit more understanding with the refund policy if it's the same day or week even.

Fantastic for getting back on track or starting off fresh!! A great variety in selection of workouts and trainers, and positivity is always at the forefront of their sessions. I look forward to my workout each day! The variety of meal choices and simple recipes is fantastic as well!💪👍

Have been exercising with Sam and 28 for 4 years this month. Total gamechanger for me. At 56 years old and 30 lbs overweight, started the program and never looked back. The weight came off in the first few months. But the most significant change was in my mental outlook. I do Sam and Chloe daily. Sam is an excellent, motivating coach (love him!) and Chloe brings so much fun + joy to exercise! I tell people here in US that there is this fellow in Australia who helped me change my life.😉 I ❤️ 28

best app for getting into shape at home. lots of options to choose from. I've been consistently working out since Feb 24.I feel great and I am so happy with the results. I'm 46 and get so much energy from me morning workouts. highly recommend.

Horrific customer service! I am in the same boat as many finding it difficult to cancel. When they took the money out I immediately emailed only to be told too bad so sad essentially. Asked to speak to someone on the phone and they said they don't offer phone service. Disgusting that an Australian company treats people so poorly especially in the economy we are in. Would NEVER recommend them EVER! If I could give a 0 I would!

I feel like this is a subscription trap. Sort all these reviews by date, it seems to me most of the 5 stars are from back in 2020 and more recently people are feeling ripped off. No reminder that the subscription payment is about to be deducted, despite them being equipped to spam me with almost daily emails. Disappointed with the entire experience. Definitely overpriced. How embarrassing it must be to have your name on this product.

Highly recommend! Easy to use, always updating the UX and making it better. So handy on your phone to shop for meal planning, guided exercise sessions with Sam himself or his fit crew and plenty of mindfulness and motivation to boot!

I can't fault this program! Its motivating, encouraging and flexible. I can do it when it suits me and don't have to worry about how I look. Meal plan is pretty good, articles & strategies are very helpful. You get out what you put in and this is an enjoyable and supportive way of getting on or staying on the path to improved health & wellbeing.
