Terrible experience trying to Calibrate VAV controllers. Software forces you to go through unnecessary steps in order to calibrate airflow. If the airflow cannot be met, it makes you restart the entire process. Just let us force to a certain airflow, manually enter the correct K factor and move on. Bluetooth adapter randomly loses signal or error pops up while in app. They clearly don't get feedback from any balancers because this takes way too long to do anything and it's a complete pain in the butt. One of the worst programs I've ever dealt with and you would think with all this new technology it would be EASIER!!!

This tool enabled us to quickly move forward with commissioning controllers by scanning QR codes to recover the MAC address when needed. The QR code could not be scanned directly from the controller tag, but the app does work when scanning a picture of the tag that is zoomed in on another phone.

Bluetooth option does not work on Android. Tested this app on Android 9 and 10. In both cases the bluetooth option would not work. However, it works on iOS.
