It finally recognized my tv but when I click the screen mirroring tab there are two buttons tap to connect which is blue and how to use which is greyish brown color I repeatedly tap on the connect button nothing happens but the how to use button works only it just gives u half information tells you how to connect to Samsung tv but not how to mirror once connected any ideas

I cannot believe that this is a Samsung product! 😃Everything in my house is Samsung my big screen tv, my entertainment system, and three Samsung cell phones. This product has never worked and fails to live up to the Samsung name and quality! 😬😫😠I need some help making this work I'm going to delete this product.

For the price options seem pretty flat as in no fast-forward or rewind buttons just a skip one which it should. never really cast my screen but rather only media file's

Ads right as you open the app, then sends you to a page where it seems you can't use it unless you subscribe. You can use it for free. Each click is an add. just to cast to your TV?
