After unlocking the lock guard: Unlocking the lock guard again (to allow people to get inside) via the widget now closes the lock guard first? Have to unlock it twice. Also have to tap biometrics via the widget when unlocking. Both of these things worked much better in the past. When will this be resolved?

Since the last update the App has bugs. Specially operating the door open/close feature has become an ordeal. If the door is just closed but not locked, when activating the opening function, the system first locks the door completely and then it is necessary to repeat the opening process again, to finally open the door. Another glitch that used to work better is the open/close/arm feature, as you could adjust it to use biometrics, which now has to be selected first. Numeric keyboard pops up.

Why is Verisure doing crazy changes to make things worse in each update! For Arming or Disarming i had before selecting to use biometric. Now i need to do one more click each time. This is very annoying as i use this several times a day. Why add a extra step and not let users choose what they want as before? Don't break something if its works! Also many settings are hidden behind myverisure webpage and its slow to go from the app to webpage and back. Annoying as hell.

Many good things, but a lot left to be desired: The widgets tend to not update, there are too few automation options, app is unstable if switching from WiFi to cellular, no warning if alarm is armed when a door is unlocked, some settings take you to a separate webpage and even though I have selected "biometrics" as default, I have to press "use biometrics" every time.

Awful company. They miss-sell and then want to charge for a system that is not adequate. Constantly having false triggers and they turn half of the system off meaning any one is free to access as long as they don't use the front door. We are now locked in a legal battle as I am out Almost £1000 for an alarm that doesn't work or be monitored apropriotly.

Latest update ruined the app. Every time I try to open the app it now says "Unable to authenticate." Now I can no longer access my alarm remotely. Edited after calling Verisure customer service today: I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did so, and it fixed the problem. I now give 3 stars instead of 1. No more than that, because the error message was so cryptic that I had to call them.

Good app I can't deny it. Notifications are great and no issues there. Unfortunately I have to cancel my subscription soon. Verisure raise the price 10% every year without motivation. I started with 350 /month and now for 2022 I will start paying 500/ month. Too expensive and imagine in 5 years what it will cost

I can't find anywhere else to report bugs, so you get this one-star review instead. The one-time SMS code entry double-registers the characters you enter, so it is impossible to log in and the app is useless. Try using the normal widgets that come with Android next time, they are way more likely to work.
