Unwieldy...slow...difficult to submit issues. Still true. It is absolutely insane that this unwieldy app is the only option for reporting abandoned vehicles to the city. The 6th precinct refused to take my report over the phone. The app takes forever and is incredibly unwieldy to submit photos. Fail, major fail.

Was awesome when it was usable. Sadly, the web security certificate has long been expired. The site is not at all secure. Very high risk with respect to privacy and personal info.

I really appreciate ability to submit city issues without having to wait on hold when previously calling in issues. Good response time too! Great addition for Detroitrs to help keep our neighborhoods clean.

Issues are checked and resolved. BUT it is difficult to get it to use the issue address and not your own. I've been using this for at least 5 years and have gotten great results.

Had network error first time tried to submit an issue, second time it went through. Let's see how long it takes to get a response from the city offices with this app...

Easy and good way to report a wide variety of City and quality of life issues. Street light out? Pot hole? Trash issue? Running water? Snap a pic and pick a category and submit. You can be anonymous if you want. Useful. Helps the City help us. Highly recommended.
