This app is horrible. It rarely works to redeem deals and rewards. I was even given a bunch of bonus points to use towards a future purchase because of an issue and when I went to redeem those points it took the points and didn't apply them towards the purchase. And of course the people working at the store are of no help because their managers don't train them properly. Absolute horrible system they have with this app

Consistently crashes and freezes. I've tried using this app to order for delivery twice now, and both times, the app crashed at least 5 to 7 times during my ordering process. I had to exit and clear the cache each time before going back into the app to continue my order. Many times, while changing screens, the app will just freeze and then close out on its own.

Originally, I thought the issue had been fixed and intended to update to a more positive review. However, after being double charged whilst getting the "payment not received" message yet another time over a month later... I just can't use this app anymore. It's obviously not optimized for even basic delivery or pickup, and that's 80% of this apps purpose. Even then, I'm not sure if it's worth it to chance trying again.

Was an absolute great app, for awhile. After the lateest update, I tried to order delivery, got past ID photos, but it did NOT proceed to final checkout. Just an infinite spinning icon to nowhere. Made three attempts, cleared the cache, even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and these steps did NOT fix the issue. Calling their customer service did NOT resolve the issue either. I ended up placing my order on the web without an issue. There is an issue with payment through the 7-11 wallet.

In the Phoenix, AZ area, at least, many clerks across multiple stores are inadequately familiar with the features of the app (e.g. scan and go). This makes something installed for convenience a marked inconvenience. The only silver lining is some occasionally decent deals. However, for me, these are rapidly approaching the point where they're not worth the hassle of dealing with poorly trained, and occasionally rude, clerks.

Update doesn't work. I updated the app and tried to order delivery. Got past the photos of id and completed the order. But it just sat there with the spinning icon like it was waiting for something eternal. I cleared the cache, re-installed and now it won't even get that far. At the 'last chance before checkout' page, I hit 'continue to checkout' and it just sits there spinning. I called customer service and they were no help whatsoever. It was the only reason I shopped at 7 eleven.

Stores within a couple miles have completely different prices, specifically Denver area...1 store in particular, has a sign that says 3 roller grill items for $3, but it seems to be a false advertisement as they only give you 2 for $3, then the 3rd is full price. Also, what good is earning the rewards if the cashier skips over the part to redeem the points for discount and they get mad when you say you wanted to use your points because they then have to re-do the whole transaction.

Doesn't even function on the most basic level. App had to reverify my login about 6 times, adding items to cart for delivery only leads to endless wheel-spinning, and had to take about 12 pictures of my license for age verification, which is still marked as verified in my profile, but does not show up in checkout- leading to endless wheel spinning. Fire the entire development team. Trash software from another trash dev team. Would vote 0 stars. Sad!
