The gameplay itself and the app development are great. Cashing out can be a hassle, though, and good luck getting support or help with anything. I've tried the chat, but it's an AI chat bot, and I've been waiting 24+ hrs for the agent to connect. I've sent emails to spin sorcery, I even just sent one to the app developer and have gotten into contact with ZERO humans. I received two of my redemptions a few days ago and haven't received the other two, and there seems to be no one able to help.

Where do I begin? Firstly, your app takes forever to load and open. Once it finally does open, the interface is not really very user friendly. The popups for purchase are all expected, of course, but once one pops up, it won't let me exit out of it without just exiting the whole game and starting again. Seeing as how your app is pretty much a copy of at least 2 others, I'm deleting it. Just not worth the effort.

It has great games but you run out of coin quickly and get constantly pestered to purchase things. It really just sucks the fun right out of the game, especially if you are like me and prefer to keep your REAL money instead of exchanging it for Virtual money with an inflated value. It is VERY hard to get free coins in this casino, the freebies are few and very far between.

Downloaded and binded everything normal until I pick a slot to play. It lets me play for 5-10 spins and takes me back to the loading page and have to go back in and go back to the slot game and reenter. The games look good and realistic just wish it was better setup. Yea I didn't receive the $10.00 free play either. May just have to uninstall. Sorry I couldn't give a better rating.

This app like most casino apps are the biggest rip offs to ever rip people off for their money. they make it seem like playing slots on your phone is better then playing at a casino. But that is a bloody lie!! it doesn't seem to matter how much money I spend on SC in this app, no matter what I ALWAYS LOOSE MY MONEY!!! With the exception of the very first time I played it I won about $110 off of $10 or $20. But that's their strategy they let u win the 1st time so u play more.

Since I have been entertaining myself with these style of games this is one of the few I enjoy. You can actually cash out funds usually a day or two. You won't get reach but I got groceries and paid on the light bill so it was useful. Plus it's honestly fun so have a go. Only reason no perfect score because I'm still more or less new and these games do have a way of changing up.

the game experience and everything else is actually really awesome I just rated it a three-star at the moment because I've been trying to work out how to get my account linked up so I can cash out and have gotten minimal help. if I can get help doing this I would be glad more than happy to change it to a five star with a raving report! you guys have games are awesome the app is awesome I just wish the customer support would be a little bit more on the spot with responses

In order to cash any amount out. You have to spend in real $$ anywhere from $1 - $199 and it comes directly from your PayPal or bank account. This was after they gave me my free spins which I won a whopping $1.42 then I had to pay to redeem it. Glad I didn't link my bank account or PayPal who knows what could have gone missing.
