Garbage app is an understatement! 9 out of 10 times it doesn't work or keeps asking you to log in, even if you use biometrics. If you wanted to use it as a wallet and pay with your phone, well that ship has sailed. Considering it's the main app to manage funds from Sodexo, it's an epic fail and I'm thankful I have the physical card as well.

Horrible. The session expires whenever you are about to pay. No fingerprint login either. Update: they added fingerprint login and you are now able to use Google wallet for the card. But it's still awful. I have no option to add a new card. I get the gdpr notification repeatedly no matter what answer I give to it.

I was really happy with this app and how it worked.. Until recently (I guess latest update) since I got logged out and I cannot login anymore. Pressing on wallet does not do anything (loading and back to home), going to your profile and trying to login..nothing, just a loading screen and back where you started. I just want to see my card ballance and I cannot even do that :(

The worst payment app! At the most inconvenient times, it asks for your password, even though you’re registered with biometric data! It has also removed the excellent feature of paying with NFC directly from the app. Now, I have to add it to my Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet. I'm so frustrated with you sad developers who had ideas for improvement and created this terrible app!

Update: Pluxee finally decided on using Google Wallet and the experience is significantly better now. Currently, the app deletes my wallet every two days, logs off every 3-4 days and also restarts my smartphone after trying to pay or before paying. Not to bring into attention the fact that at some POSs (Kaufland and Mega Image - local Romanian supermarkets) when opening the wallet and trying to pay it commutes to my main wallet and the payment is processed by my main debit card

Like always, a good thing always manages to find some st..id product manager that manages to transform it into s..it. The aplication was working. And i could pay with it. Now the app doesn t work and i cant pay with it. Pkus when clicking to link it to google pay it simply loads continuously. And to make it all even more interesting my card doaesn t work either. I guess I need to come and colect cash directly from them. Great succes! I wonfer what s next? Maybe self distruct button?

Completely outrageous rubbish this ap. Supposedly for Android 7.0, but then it turns out to require Google Pay, which itself needs Android 9.0. Moreover, you may not want to use Google Pay. But then you find out (of course it doesn't clearly say so anywhere) that there is no other way to use your card. Frankly excruciating.

1. too many updates; after each update event app require a new pin. this pin is sent to user email . that email address is not accessible on the phone because it is a professional email 2. secondary email address seems to be unuseful and updating the email address is unavailable
