I find this mobile app to be unreliable when booking a trip because when I click the "book" tab, it doesn't load. Been having this issue since I downloaded the app months ago. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I have great wifi and data, so the issue isn't my phone. Maybe the app requires an update.

First I want to say the ground & room service was excellent, the front desk is another story. I received a junior suite which had a fridge, thank goodness, I did a lot of excursions and didn't notice the black mold on my curtains until Wednesday, no wonder I was coughing only in the room. They did change the curtains but AC units were black. The food was awful. Overall the hotel is dated & would not recommend.

sunwing is wonderful to book your vacation. you don't need to worry about anything. they keep you up to date on flights, requirements, transfers, and anything else you are wondering about. the app allows you to have live conversations. highly recommend sunwing for travel.

App is nothing special, pretty much just connecting to the website and offers very little advantages. Plus without some sort of internet you can't access any of your travel details.

Everything is just a link to their site where you have to login again. The app offers biometric login, but doesn't remember your account. Why do I have the app when it can't perform any of the actions and doesn't even cache the documents and codes I need for the trip. The mobile site is also far from clean making bad assumptions resulting in bad formatting. A browser bookmark to sunwing login page would be just as useful as this app.

the flight coming home was horrible, flight 463 jan 28th , attendants reviewed some of the safety procedures about 10 min before the landing which stressed me out, I have flown mant times and that have never happened, then the plane was wavering and when we hit the tarmac , if felt like we skidded before it actually came to a stop, many passengers were terrified we were going to skid off the runway or worse, many were praying , it was a windy night and cold, don't know if there was black ice,

Cannot see my flights Cannot pre-check Even before departing to my destination. I have to log in in the computer to complete the registration process as the stupid app seems not save the information. After done and being able to see the flight information now back to the same issues. This is just a waste. Provide with something working and stop cutting corners.

the vacation was amazing but the flights were horrible. we had a 5 hour delay and then had to wait for our luggage to come from the plane. not organized and the poor Sunwing rep at the hotel wasn't getting any updates as to what was going on.
