This app has so many issues that need to be improved for a lag free better experience. It is really frustrating while being in field and not able to report as per the schedule and the visits. Moreover it doesn't allow to update the details properly.

1 The report we add with contact number are not showing in the customer list. 2 We are unable to search customer list by name and entered content difficult to scroll all the list and select the already added customer. 3 Take too much time taken when we waiting for enter customer details like address number city then secondly when click on city it again take too much time to open the list.. Need too many improvements in this app have some more bugs but description has limit to right.

Very worst app. Dont signup with these people. Waste of money. Instead use saniforce. The pob page is not working properly. They asked me to delete the whole month reports and re enter the same. It happens in the mid of month. Suppose, if it had happened by month end, you would have gone mad with out any data and eventually no salary. The support team also dont know how to tackle the issues. Still, THE SITE IS NOT OPENING IN GOOGLE CHROME. THEY DONT HAVE SECURITY CERTIFICATE. I AM STRUGLING

Welcome to hidoctor app is good thing but advanced technology is better because we're using 3&4G connectivity it has literally slower working this. I had entered in the hidoctor every day DCR, TP DOWNLOAD not only these everything is failed. Kindly next u will change the new version. Thank you

Full of Bugs in IOS version, in android version Bugs are less as compared to IOS Version. it's a big challenge to use this app. Not at all user friendly. It's simply awful.

One of the worst apps I have ever seen, many issues while uploading Daily Call Report. No problem with usage of app, but I found many errors. Need many developments to recover the errors.

While using this app it hang my mobile system and shows force closed also take too submit reports and I can't upload captured images there attachment column is not working properly please resolve these issues as it impacts on my work and profile
