Do not install if you use custom labels for phone numbers. They will be erased. The backup file will also not have this vital bit of information. However, Google does have a reset back to a previous date feature. So you can salvage it by deleting all your contacts and starting over by backtracking to the yesterday's backup within your online Google contacts list. And then delete this useless app.

Merge contacts very defective. For example, if you have multiple contacts with even one common element (say, a common home number) it will consider the entire set of contacts as duplicated and merge them. Untangling the mess it makes can take a long time. In my case, the transfer of contacts to a new phone resulted in the literal duplication of every contact, so I used this app as I had 100's of contacts duplicated. But it also merge entire families where there was only one common element.

Ok, finds duplicates but doesn't seem to offer the option to merge them, only delete identified duplicate(s) that you choose. Sometimes you may have duplicates where one has a home address and the other has an email address, both have same name & number. You would like to be able to merge all the data into one contact. Maybe it can be done but the app prompted for a review the 1st time I used it, this is what they get; an ill-informed review. Don't like ads in an app. Would purchase if 5 stars.

Last night I attempted to use the APP to eliminate duplicates. This morning I checked for improvements and found MORE entries not fewer and photos attached to Contacts that do not belong. My phone is even more of a mess now. Is this what you call 'cleaning up?' It does not work! I UNINSTALLED the APP. It definitely moved photos to Contacts and yes it added entries. They were already in the phone, true, but they definitely increased. I hope you can fix this. The concept of cleaning up is great.

Love the app, it works perfectly. It gives you the option to delete all the multiple audio, video, pics and docs. It says perfectly what it claims and it is without any additional hassles like the other apps. One suggestion is that I would love if you could add an option to delete the duplicate contacts also. But nevertheless, its perfect.!! Keep up the good work team.

Worked perfectly. My Pixel 3 running Android 10 had dozens of duplicate contact entries. I am using a few email accounts via Outlook but I couldn't figure out where the dupes were coming from. This app displays contacts by app group such as Duo, Gmail, Skype, etc. Skype had an unusually large amount of contacts which I deleted in two taps of a button. That solved my duplicates problem. Worked great...thanks!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PURCHASE - I downloaded this app on my Pixrel 2 which is fully up to date. I ran it, and it created a backup of my contacts. After emailing it to me, it now will not run and crashes. I was using the free Ad version but noted it advertised a purchased version which has 24 hour support so I purchased the paid upgrade. After that it still crashes and there is no 24 hour support. I am requesting a refund from Google. This app should be removed. It's a scam.

For some reason, my phone keeps making duplicate contacts. Not just one, but from 4 to 10 duplicates of most of my contacts. The built-in duplicate merger in my phone will only fix 10 at a time. Well, I had 762 duplicates to merge. This app did them all at once and made a backup before it did it, all in a couple of minutes. I have the free version, but will upgrade to the paid version if I need to use this app again.
