App works for "scan in store points", but crashes when trying to place an online order. At first I thought it was just because I was trying to set a pick up time, but then I tried "ASAP" and it still crashed the minute I hit "start order". Haven't gotten to a point where I can redeem points yet, but we'll see if it's even worth it when I get there. If I can't even do that then the app is totally useless.

I love this chain, I love the store near my house, and normally I love this app! But I hope that by leaving this review will get some more attention. The app has not worked since last year. Every time i get an offer for a discount and try to open it, it just keeps loading. Please fix this app!! Its very convenient when it works. But i usually end up skipping the trip to the store when Im tired and headed home and cant make a quick to go order.

I love Teaspoon and had accumulated a lot of points over 3 years. But the app no longer allows me to log in and my local store has removed their point logging machine. Every time I try to do anything on the app (log in, reset password, register), I get an error: "Error Service is disabled for the merchant."

payment never actually works, more or less rendering the app useless. also can't add gift cards.

app shows a Google pay option but doesn't process the transaction. I had to submit with my credit card

Any attempts to use Google Pay always seem to result in failed transactions and sometimes choosing a store for pickup crashes the app. But the app is still useful for mobile ordering for pickup (even if it takes a couple tries) Still has bugs to fix.

Updated the app and my login doesn't work anymore. Request for password reset doesn't go through. I had sent a few emails over a month ago because I couldn't use the digital card to buy drinks on the app. I never received a reimbursement for the money Ioaded on the card.

No support for Google Pay or Apple Pay?? Also stores stop taking orders like 30 mins to 1 hr before closing. Very annoying because it doesn't till u until after you've fully customized your order. Not to mention the (San Mateo) location has stopped using the app and doesn't have any reward programs. Such a shame..
