Don't waste your money or time. I uninstalled /reinstalled app, added funds multiple times, but I'm still not able to send messages. I'm able to read messages, but not able to send or reply messages. Keep getting an error message that says you do not have enough sufficient funds to send message. Friend downloaded the app on her iPhone and it works with no issues. This is only an Android issue. Developers only care for iOS iPhone users only. Also it does not work on Windows pc.

This app is a joke! Constant error messages. When it does rarely work, the messages are cut off. Uninstalled and reinstalled, changed settings and no better. Called customer service for help with the app and to figure out why I can't get or receive messages, that was an even funnier joke. Told me I can't send a message through the website. I have and did while on the phone with them. Just makes getting in touch more frustrating. Zero stars, do not recommend, don't bother with customer service
Remedy
great way to keep in touch with your incarcerated loved ones. the messages are quiet exspensive at .25 a text with a 1500 character limit which includes puncuation, spaces, etc. a lot of photos you send end up denied and you do not get your money back for them. every now and then the app does glitch and wont show your contacts or messages it will look like when you first get the app but usually it doesnt last long. overall a good app and very useful for those incarcerated and family.

Constant glitches. Randomly logs you out, doesn't let you upload photos, doesn't tell you how much you can type out, cuts off parts of messages often, all the words displayed that aren't messages are cut off too. For example, error says erro, pending is pendin. Customer service is a joke, never got through to them. Zero stars but forced to give 1.

Very limited. It doesn't seem to allow you to deposit money for the inmate to have access to send out messages. Only allows you to deposit money for you to send messages. Each message costs .05 cents and limited to 2000 characters. When sending a picture it randomly shows pictures from your phone. And limited to maybe 50? Doesn't show the whole collection. Doesn't verify phones outside of the USA. The program is also not very reliable. At times it looses the message, needing to start over.

I don't really have any of the issues that others seem to be having. Photos send just fine and all have been approved. I can easily add money. And I'm cheap so I make sure to use every last character in each message and they go thru no problem. My only issue is on the other end...with the facility and making sure inmate has access and funds to use this.

The app is not taking photographs from my file to send to my correspondent. There is no help channel to let them know that there is a problem with the functionality of this app where it says you can send photos. You can send videos you can send send send because you paid for the data. I think they have a veracity issue.

This app is nothing but a constant headache. Sending and receiving messages is anyones guess as to whether or not you will type over a thousand words (more or less im just using that as an example number), only to have it completely erased afterward with an error message of some kind showing on the screen. Also, the option to make deposits on the accounts has not worked in over a year. You literally cannot use it you have to do that by phone which is becoming just as much aggravating!
