What a great app! Works fantastically. The video chat is great and extremely easy to use. Even though I live in the UK, I was able to use it. Plus great service. Highly recommended! App is frustrating, drops login so I could only access my account from my computer. Paid for 8 sessions and after 3 was unable to arrange any more. Breaks were ment to be put in but hadn't been. It's practically impossible to get a hold of my therapist to arrange the next one through the chat system. CANCELLED my subscription as its been 8 weeks since my last session.

Living abroad is such a difficult thing to do, specially when you have emotional distress in your life and there are no professionals who speak the languages in which you communicate better. TherapyChat is a marvellous idea. It connects professionals to the people who need them. I think that is particularly important now that we are in a pandemic. Kudos to the Therapy Chat team

Although happy with my therapist, the app has room for improvement: Pictures shared through the app appear trimmed Not possible to open files while videoconferencing Missing a dedicated storage space for files shared Not possible to have two sessions with therapist in the same week

Please be aware that this service not operate if you live in the US. They work with Spain time zone and when you try to set an appointment with them is basically impossible. Also they don't offer money back, even though they haven't provided any type of service. I have payed $ 77 that they are not going to give me that money back. In that sense the application does not offer any type of customer protection. Even if you are unhappy with the service or if you fail to accommodate your schedule with the Spain time zone
