The tennis court booking system in this app is rubbish. There is no limit to the number of free sessions you can book. Like, I can book ALL the tennis slots, all day, for the next 42 days if I wish. The app doesn't enforce the condo rules regarding the number of entitled sessions per week. Also, a 42-day advanced booking might make sense for a birthday party but makes no sense for a casual tennis game. Overall, this app feels like an unfinished "beta" release. This review is for Criterion condo.

Booking facilities is very difficult. You cannot know if a slot is free until you tap on it. When you tap back, it brings you back to the home screen, loosing the facility you're trying to book.

Requirement to log in each time I use is just dumb. This isn't a banking app.

The app does not show available/unavailable slots when my allocation is used up. This is illogical, please correct it. We need have visibility what is taken /not taken even when the 2 hours are used up in case we want to cancel a booking to take another.

The booking system is horrible. There's no way to see what times are available. It's super annoying.

Issue was solved, but it's back. Got logged out and can't access with password. No OTP received.
