Sadly I'm saying this. I regret to spend 2.5k on this. This is an amoled watch but it doesn't have aod option. This could have been resolved by an update. But they don't care about customers. Even they have fewer wallpaper options. On top of that, changing wallpaper is super slow process. Watch is ok but app support is not good. And they don't even want to develop.

I am very upset with this app. It is very slow and the data never syncs properly. If I record two or three sports in a day, the heart rate zone shows the same for all exercises. Fastrack is a brand and I did not expect such a slow and poor app. Developer kindly look into this issue.

I recently installed this app on my Mi Max II, but unfortunately, it won’t open. I’ve tried reinstalling it multiple times. This issue is quite frustrating as I need to manage my smartwatch effectively. I hope the developers address this problem soon, as the app has great potential. For now, I would recommend improvements in compatibility and stability.

Data synchronisation is not automatic, even when the app is open in the background without any data restrictions and there is a good network connectivity. It takes a couple of minutes to update the Statics when checking. Weather update is not quick enough, should have given based on home location weather without access for GPS. Also there is no Dark mode

A must have for every Fastrack SW user. Works efficiently as well as smoothly. Only one request to the developers- Please introduce a feature in the app or make a new app where we could make customised animation watch faces and use it on our watch. Otherwise, the app is excellent.💯

It would be better if nee update contains gps navigation synchronisation with bluetooth connection. Also should include Google fit synchronisation and take data synk when re connect with device. Some new widget can be included like weather update and air quality and next week weather forecast.

Ridiculous software.... Phone is connected, synchronised but no data updated... Steps shows zero.... When watch switched off by accident your steps becomes zero... Cherry on the cake... Software got super confused on 29th Feb and behaves erratic and settled normal next day.... Better do your software testing properly before launching
